B) how many people have died from 'poverty-related causes' under a Communist government
C) is dying from your government *not* paying attention to you better or worse than dying because your government *decided* to pay attention to you

Those terms are way too vague to mean something

Here's a question: are most African countries capitalist?

Also, they are probably counting violence due to poverty as a reason of those deaths

Say, in South Africa, it's illegal to sell water.

Like, is it worse for a government not to directly be responsible for feeding the population (and some of the population starving to death) or for a government to go out of the way to take food away from you "for the greater good" and you starve to death?

Or to round up your entire village and ship you off to starve to death in a prison camp?

I wonder how many of those supposed "deaths due to capitalism" come from the African countries where the government keeps undermining their own population.
