@DanielKO Yeah since that I haven't been watching her. Couldn't even finish that video... the cringe was strong.
Let Trump get feedback. I think Shapiro's reasons are justifiable.
I mean, I think she's right in some sense, that is Ben does have some weak criticism of Trump sometimes but man oh man she was spergin out hard.
It was about jumping in to back up any celebrity that supports Trump. Ben was right, just because they're celebrities, it doesn't make them intelligent or flawless. Eventually one of them will do or say something really embarrassing, and all that unconditional admiration for the celebrity will backfire.
Right and it's fair to say that simply being a celebrity doesn't give their political commentary any credence. However, Ben seemed to push into the area of assuming that *because* they are a celebrity, their political commentary has no credence. I was annoyed both with Ben and Ashton on that point.
IMO, if a celebrity does something right, why can't we applaud it? Sure, it's fair to point out that doing something right doesn't make you a beautiful, flawless poster child, but I thought Ben was harsh, so I can understand Ashton's reaction, but it was still coocoo.
That video she made *was* trash, though
I agree.
"liek omg can u belieeeeeef I used to listen to him!?!?!?"
"KIM KARDASHIAN IS GETTING THINGS DONE"
'getting things done' is not a good thing in of itself
well I think that part is implied
Ed Gein got things done
If a celebrity were praising Obama, Clinton, and insulting Trump, Republicans would immediately just say "so what, it's just a dumb celebrity saying dumb things." I get it that he was being consistent, and telling fellow conservatives shouldn't be parading celebs around like war trophies. If the celebrity wants to become politically engaged, you welcome them, but don't go as far as bragging or lying about it.
Thats the one of the things that Ben Shapiro gets unnecessary flak for
He doesn’t believe that parading celebrities is a good idea. You live by the Kanye you die by the Kanye.
Sadly the other side has no such consistancy
>leftists
>consistancy
lol
Trump derangement syndrome is strong on twitter last couple days
TDS is strong everyday
If yall want a good laugh, this speech is highly entertaining https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQIpMMKpGQI
yea twitter is exploding on immigration rn. So much misinformation.
honestly it's one of his better speeches
He's such an entertainer.
A disabled [legless] marine vet almost had his life ruined because he works for ICE and has the scateboaring tats. But they cried Nazi
Hes a business man.
I'm very impressed with Trump's speeches. It actually comes as a surprise to me considering I used to be someone who bought into the blue pill.
That's one gripe I have with Ben, all he has to say about Trump's rhetoric is blue pill crap.
And I get it, yeah he says crazy stuff and his rhetoric has an effect that hasn't always right but what his rhetoric *has* accomplished?!
***DAMN*** DONNY!!
The thing with trump. You have to dig below the shomanship
And follow that with his actions
Rhetoric means nothing if your actions betray you. Like Obama
I've said it and I'll keep saying it, people need to appreciate not just when he talks shit. He has had numerous speeches where he literally listed off people who were doing good. He *always* points people out in every speech who are doing a good job and schmoozes em, but not just that, he sorts the wheat from the chaff.
It's not as though he spends a disproportionate time being a critic towards the DNC and the fake news (who are really his only targets (not the fags or the blacks or any of that shit)), he spends easily as much time thanking people and letting everyone know just who it is and what they're getting done.
True.
TBH those are defensive battles for him as well the otherside shot the first roun lol
You know when I said it was one of his better speeches I didn't mean to say the other ones are bad.
