How do you folk see the difference between Social Democracy and Democratic Socialism?

Democratic socialism wants a state economy/market with state run business and a forced redistribution of wealth
Hmm hmm good that seems more or less how i saw it, there has been a lot of talk about Democratic socialists being bad and living in Social Democracy it kind of got me worried that it will cause new head-aches of terms.
