What killed me with IFLS was when around October 2016 they published an article about how after all the agitation about the Paris Agreement and needing to get behind saving the planet ***now***, they push an article about how we've passed the point of no return. It's all done. The apocalypse was not cancelled. And we just gotta live with it.

Military ones last up to 6 months to a year after you get out. Though you cant really use it unless you get another job that needs it. So most just lapse.
