it rather simple actually you can have socialised programs or immigration, never both

socialised programs need strict immigration that only allows for people that are going to be a overall benefit. you cant be the free hospital of the world and expect that you are not going broke from doing it

and a lot of the NHS problems comes from the huge surge of immigrants to the UK. so the NHS have to deal with a lot more people that it had naturally grown to. as a lot of the immigrants have huge health problems . we did see the same problem in Norway until we did start enforcing the migrant assets bill that is in law that says the government can claim any it over 500€ of any asylum seeker
