So yes there is a chance republicans will keep the house
This is how probability works
I give the repubs a 2/3 chance of taking the house by a small margin
Based upon my on the ground interactions with people
IF you are gunna paid that much and spout rubbish on the TV you gotta man up and put your balls on the line
Also, many of these polls are several WEEKS out of date
Even if the popular vote matteres. How does 1 to 3 percent equate to the polls saying she would win with 80 to 97 percent? Dude. Maths.
Also there was a way they took polls from many states and based on those polls they estimated the electoral college.
Also i fiund it ironic that with both the polls that wanted to stay relevent went from democrates way up until weeks before where they mystically got close.
Media polls are just as politicized as anything else. And are used to attempt to demoralize the other side.
That last point is key
You also know when they are politicizing it. Because the media will act with 100% confidence behind the polls. And then when the election comes close to ending and the polls grow closer so as to save some element of legitamacy, the media will start saying "well polls can be wrong."
Let's POKEGON GO TO THE POLLS!

goddammit
is it a little fucked if I love that they seem desperate?
also didnt we already cut taxes? <:thronk:441701565607444482>
We cut taxes temporarily
Only through 2025
The House passed making it the new default
Needs the Senate to affirm it
Which means if they don't succeed at it, whoever succeeds Trump is going to immediately get a Tax Hike under their administration
