I think any economic prediction for more than 7 days into the future is worthless
and even then it's more about luck than expertise

also, why do these remoaners peddle this "EU is going to punish the UK for brexit" FUD nonsense -- it just makes the EU look evil and spiteful
"oh yeah, let's remain in this union that often introduces new frictions to the market and the only way to ensure those frictions won't hurt trade is to be part of that friction"
meanwhile, the continent continues to stagnate economically
It also assumes our politicians will do nothing and watch them do it to us... mind you, with our current crop of politicians, that's probably what they would do.
I think the bigger risk will be from within - there are Brexiteers that are "elites", who are waiting to make a killing at the expense of the country - not patriots, just opportunists that would sell the family silver for a quick buck.
