There was an earlier time when we thought you guys were weird but still American. It has become clear that not only are they not Americans, they hate Americans. So we will watch them rot.
It's not rural. You're looking at optimums not medians. I live in a city not the country. A city where it is common to see people carry buying gas in the morning on the way to work. A glock is acceptable. Not being polite or failing to clean the streets is unacceptable.
NO I mean 70% of Ca being rural is meaningless. When demographers talk about urban vs. rural the numbers are skewed. The population of LA is 4M so that weighs as 8 500K cities in America. If you go to those cities we don't live the same life.
So, by the numbers when they say "urban people on average" that average treats Des Moines, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Columbus as somewhat less than NY...
Oh yeah you got Oregon and Washington out there too. What I'm trying to explain here is... we don't care. Look I've got a D congressman. But we also have a mutual understanding that some of that shit won't fly here. For instance he has never voted for an anti-2A bill even introduced be his own party. We had a D senator but he voted with Feinstein over us and we fired him. We're *culturally* different.
I'm going to san francisco in a couple of weeks from now... it's been around 8 years since my last visit, so I'm curious if things have gotten as bad as they say (human feces and used needles)
