yea that is thing is horse crap as well. as most western nations have by law now that you cant discriminate by sex or race on pay. and in a lot of cases we have seen females being payed more then the men for the same job the last few years

the company I work for, have a standardised pay rate that is the same for everyone to get around that. you get put in a pay bracket basted on age and experience in the trade.
