Why is the US so retarded when it comes to drugs, especially with soft drugs such as Weed

Overall it's a good thing for the world that the US is allowing studies to be done now

Most of such science has either been debunked or hasn't been proven yet, and remain as mere speculations

it's been "debunked" in the sense that most people who can read and understand a scientific paper, and understand certain elements of organic chemical and biological science, will be able to tell you that the research design of a lot of the studies are poor
