I don't think the dollar is in any threat of flopping.

At least not immediately.

It just loses value quicker than a more robust form of currency.

Just because it's a fiat currency and the government has horrible spending habits, so they keep printing dollars.

But that's being offset by demand for the dollar.

So unless demand for the dollar dies, I don't think we have any immediate concerns of it going venezuela.
