The penalties for a first-time DUI Oregon offender are: Two days to one year in jail or 80 hours of community service. A minimum fine of $1,000.

If you kill someone, or injure/damage property that becomes further charges

So did we catch him yet?

2018-10-15 13:16:39 UTC

But its moments like this i wonder how people think drunk driving should be decriminalized

Well atleast he did something right

Didn't leabve the scene, didn't evade

2018-10-15 13:17:24 UTC

12% of my province can't drive due to DUI charges.

2018-10-15 13:17:27 UTC

Tbh he was so drunk i doubt he could

2018-10-15 13:18:06 UTC

And you only get a short suppension the first time

2018-10-15 13:19:50 UTC

How bad is your car?

2018-10-15 13:20:33 UTC

I dont feel any pity for peolpe that complain about being able to drive after a DUI. and here it depends on how munch alchol you have in your blood on your punisment. but at 0,5 you loose your license for 1 year

2018-10-15 13:21:18 UTC

Alberta is 0 tolerance due to the insane number of people doing it

2018-10-15 13:21:35 UTC

Front passanger side is fucked. It was pushed in about 6 inchesfrom base to just above the light. And wheel well is pushed in so tire obstructed. Possible engine dage but unknown, cant get hood up. Not visibly leaking tho.

2018-10-15 13:22:03 UTC

2018-10-15 13:22:27 UTC

2018-10-15 13:22:31 UTC

Litterally just had enough in it to back out of my car and died

2018-10-15 13:22:52 UTC

@Nordhand what if you dont have pay?

2018-10-15 13:22:59 UTC

Least in Canada you wouldn't ever beable to get insurance again. Unless you payed retard amounts of money

2018-10-15 13:23:31 UTC

@flyingfoxel you end up getting a massive rate raise in the us too

2018-10-15 13:23:44 UTC

2018-10-15 13:23:48 UTC

2018-10-15 13:25:06 UTC

Yep unibody just repair will cost more then the car is worth

2018-10-15 13:25:23 UTC

Did you have 25 percent on top of what it was worth in your insurance?

2018-10-15 13:25:53 UTC

What do you mean? As in value of the vehicle?

2018-10-15 13:26:16 UTC

Cool thing is it prolly won't be your insurance that's pays since it's clearly an at fault accident.

2018-10-15 13:26:21 UTC

Yes mine gives me the value of the vehicle plus 25 percent if it needs replaced

2018-10-15 13:30:08 UTC

they're still gonna hike the rates no matter who pays out

2018-10-15 13:31:42 UTC

Not if you are not at fault

2018-10-15 13:32:25 UTC
