Right and what the "best" of anything is depends on what you think the best is. It is a subjective thing.

2018-11-01 05:11:19 UTC

Bullshit, we guess with senses where certain stars are. Very precise guesses with equipment but we aren't 100% certain

2018-11-01 05:11:19 UTC

you can't just say that a concept can't exist because it's indefinable

2018-11-01 05:11:26 UTC

that's the point of it

2018-11-01 05:11:55 UTC

If you can't define it then you aren't talking about anything.

The sun at sunset is a projection. Is it still not the sun? It's not there but it is (btw I know this sounds retarded but you get it)

2018-11-01 05:12:04 UTC

So it can't exist.

2018-11-01 05:12:13 UTC

Can the question of something being best be right or wrong?

2018-11-01 05:12:14 UTC

have you ever heard of abstraction or imagination?

2018-11-01 05:12:32 UTC

Yes, and imagination and abstraction is conceptual not actual

2018-11-01 05:12:37 UTC

not everything is logical or a literal mathematical formula

2018-11-01 05:12:44 UTC

@Roarey What would you consider your fundamental ethics and morality

2018-11-01 05:13:01 UTC

if i imagine a shoe. is the imagined shoe not a part of reality?

2018-11-01 05:13:03 UTC

@HungBunny the removal of Australians

2018-11-01 05:13:19 UTC

How about a fresh argument:
Which do you believe would be better for this world?
If everyone rigidly followed the objective moral code of christianity, down to every letter of the bible
Or judge each action or situation by the potential to prevent harm to others and make the least harmful decision themselves?

2018-11-01 05:13:37 UTC

@Deleted User I identify as 99% european

2018-11-01 05:13:37 UTC

He would want the world to suffer

2018-11-01 05:14:14 UTC

if christianity is true, than its moral code would be objectively the best thing

2018-11-01 05:14:26 UTC

"stone the gays"

2018-11-01 05:14:27 UTC

@HungBunny 100% thot chaser

2018-11-01 05:14:29 UTC

i came in a bit late so i don't know if Paul said christianity is the objective morality but that's not what i believe at all, we as humans wouldn't be able to define it with all the data in the world

2018-11-01 05:14:43 UTC

> if christianity is true
Well i cant wait to hear your proof for that one

2018-11-01 05:14:54 UTC

You posed the question

2018-11-01 05:15:32 UTC

although weve already covered my favorite proofs for god which is an important part of the package

2018-11-01 05:15:50 UTC

I base my moral values on human philosophy. At root I want to reduce harm and try my utmost to be honest. I believe that honesty and trying to get as close as one can to truth, through evidence and reason.

2018-11-01 05:15:58 UTC

I await your response

2018-11-01 05:16:24 UTC

i also don't believe it's something that anyone should try to seek out or follow

2018-11-01 05:16:35 UTC
