console damaged people always talk about the advantage of having all the same hardware and how easy that makes optimization for devs ... and yet, the games having a persistent 30 fps are close to non-existent

I doubt one can own a xbox and a three digit IQ at the same time
The CPU of the PS4 is just not there for constant 60fps, a bit on the slow side.
Remember the PS4 had 1.6GHz, the PS4 PRO 2GHz Jaguar based CPUs.
With the Zen2, wich I assume is somewhere between 3-3.5GHz is a good amount faster than the 8 Core XBone/PS4 APU.
M$ said something of about 4 times as fast as the XBox CPU
and that's in gpu bump generation ...
