This past lent has been extremely taxing on all of us since my big reveal to my Muslim family that I'm Orthodox Christian. I know, oh Lord, that I must stay vigilant against all attempts to steer me back to Islam. But with every dialogue with my parents, it has slowly deafened and cooled my heart. It has been absolutely hell.

I know that this totally outside my realm to ask of God, But please I would very much would like to pray that some miracle, no matter how small or insignificant, or something happens around Pascha. Something that will at least make my dear Muslim family understand that Christ has risen from the dead. I pray that our dear mother, the Theotokos and Ever Virgin Mary might help soften my mother's aching heart.

I applied for a buttload of jobs, I need your help in the beginning of this holy marian month to pray I get any one of them. So this is kind of more on my fault kind of thing, but still want to be prayed for. Its kind of long but TL:DR, I was supposed to do some math exercises that my mom assigned me, i didn't, i just copied down the answers and sent her a picture, she messaged me to do all the working out and show her. So i naturally panicked, since i didn't do it properly and didn't study for the specific questions.

I've sent her a voice mail apoligizing, but I know the wrath that my mother has, especially since i live in a Oriental family. All i ask is a prayer for mercy, in advance for praying for me, thanks a lot.

He's been working at this for a while now, but just pray for the Lord's work there, and that YWAM doesn't taint it or him with the sketchy doctrines they tend to espouse, and for his safety and peace of mind on his first journey away from home as a man.
