LOTR catholicism is hidden in metaphors, you have to play it in a DS Lite and sing Ave Maria into the microphone in elvish to unlock that feature
aight i'll take off the dust from the one in my cousin's house and try again

@Dasick how do you wind down after a workday if not with vidya? Just curious
right now i mostly just go to sleep
sometimes i have karate practice
arts, books, movies
taking a walk
spending time in prayer or just sitting in a dark room with a hot drink
but also, winding down after a workday isnt the same as pumping hours upon hours into a game
True
Sometimes I just wanna tune out and do something that doesn't involve too much thinking
Probably also happens once you get your feet wet in a real hobby
I used to be like that with playing guitar
Instruments are probably the best hobby to have tbh, besides maybe something practical like woodworking. Knowing how to play music has an odd amount of random benefits broadly through general life
How so?
I know at least that my being able to play stuff by ear is probably related to my having good pronunciation when learning languages
same
Generally it's just good for helping your brain process information, and you kinda get a sense for the world around you apart from non-musical people
Also it's a skill that you can share with other people, that doesn't require a massive investment of time like art
