BoS is meant to be a tech cult, FO3 just kinda threw a wrench in the narrative by making them the lawful good faction rather than their natural lawful neutral.

BoS were based in every game but 3 where they were turned into pussies.

there was only really one faction I kind of liked and it was the minutemen, even thought I sided with the institute

I only completed FO4 once with BoS; just no repeat value.

Finished up the South Park game recently, the 2nd one.

As for DLC in 3, I'm not sure what I'd consider the best one. Zeta was quite cool, but it was buggy.
