Oh hello
Create meetup topics as you please
Hey
Ah thanks
Chapters can be formed officially after you sign our charter
gotta run now though
tag me in 3 hours
fair enough
later then!
@Orthodox Andy what, networking IRL?
I'm in the Midwest, near Chicago
For meetups
I'm just here waiting till a New York Chapter opens
Unless I start one. @Daniil hey how do I get started making a chapter?
I'm right in Jew York City. Every day I go by without meeting trad folk in real life, the big gay apple sucks the life out of me
Don't despair. We're here for you. Wish I could say something more original.
@Deleted User Which side of Chicago? I'm in Northwest Indiana, a half-hour train-ride away from downtown.
How many of you are refugees from /rel/?
I'll be just south of Chicago for the next two days eith my band
@Wzl guilty as charged
@archibaldturner I was annoyingly surprised that /rel/ in all probability shall cease to exist as an entity on fb.
Wzl#1230 Tbh most of those groups had gone downhill in the past year though
I'm a refugee, if you want to phrase it that way. But I think this and the forum is better than /rel/
I gues me too. I came to Rel only very recently. 3 weeks back maybe, but i really enjoyed that group
It was fun, but I was surprised at how many neo-Nazis there were.
Now i only came here a little after the 3d time rel fell, but that's thanks to @Wzl because i did not know this group existed even
It was good but after a while there was just too much shitposting without a purpose
Precisely.
I guess there was little point to racist comments against poles, anglos and everyone else haha
There certainly was.
There was always newfags coming in and bringing nothing but edge
@Deleted User #MeToo
I consider myself somewhat part of the old guard. I have witnessed the terminations of the earlier groups. In originality /rel/ was great. The Golden age of it was in my opinion between the 1st and 2nd group. Loads of interesting posts combined with meming. Landmarks like being mentioned by VICE and other leftists. In the last group a major influx of retard American NatSocs made it quite retarded. As racebaiting becomes a daily occurence again. It was before that finally curbed.
@Wzl I'm with you on that. Except I was a much more of a passive observe. Even during its peak, I wasn't much in the way of discussion. Then came lent and I tried to seriously abstain from social media and focus my attention to real life trad groups (spoilers: it's impossible to fine)
That sorta became my personal death of /rel/ because I have been out of the loop for quite some time
Glad to see I didn't miss much
Like all hideous empires REL had to go.
It was like a wounded beast just waiting to be finally slain and put to rest.
It was a den of papists that hated the orthodox christians to the heart apostates heretics and heathens that corrupted REL.
I joined REL not long after the first schism that occurred in the group it was in the 1st REL.
I was always a vocal orthodox christian that protected muh church and muh bros against vile papists that are jealous that we are right and they are wrong I WAS BANNED OVER 10 TIMES.
Over and over silenced and censored stopped whenever I came to spoke against ecuminism and shielding Muh orthodoxy.
What truly hurt me was that I was banned Muh brothers Daniil for example I did not that I got banned by those hideous american converties that say that they are Orthodox but they are proud of the bombings of Nagasaki and Hiroshima and encourage Pax America.
Another hideous thing in REL was the cults of personality that was attributed to some American lunatics and corrupters like Grant and Campbell.
With this I end me story and experience in REL and I say good riddence a final nail to the coffin that should had been done a long time ago.
What a crybaby
That's not the impression I got.
rel was and will always be great. Can't wait for its inevitable rebirth. In the legio christi forums and page until then
I'd disagree with you there. /rel/ had a lot of good points, true. And it had a lot of bad. I will admit that there were more good points than bad, but we can't ignore the bad simply because of that. As for whether or not it'll come back, well... I have no idea about that.
