To lose weight you have to do this one simple thing - don't eat.
It's that simple
Fasting is the best way to drop weight - body fat specifically - in the shortest period of time. The only drawback is that it's very difficult.
The only reason you feel like shit when you haven't eaten is because you're losing electrolytes - sodium and potassium specifically. You can recover those by drinking salty water which will not break your fast. 1 teaspoon of potassium salt and pink himalayan salt in 1 to 2 liters of water per day is enough to make you feel good.
