I want to build muscle but hard with Gerd
I woke up midday today, my sleep schedule is wrecked. Considering drinking three coffees at 6 pm (I usually don't drink coffee at all), then have a caffeine crash and go to bed at midnight.
Need to eat like 2500+ calories a day
I did two hours at the gym and burnt 1111 calories

I ate 1505 yesterday but burnt most of it off
I have a chronic pain condition. And ironically chewing gum seems to help with the acid reflux
