>"America is the fulfillment of United European identity"
>No, not at all.
>It's all a rather nihilistic vaccuum, tbh
Or it is exactly the fulfillment and it's what happens when you mix cultures, even similar ones
@Deleted User nobody but presidents and evangelical Protestants goes to the wall

The American Federation aka “the Union” is no different than the EU
We need to exit the Union
There are many nations under Union occupation
The South/Dixie
The Pacific Northwest/Cascadia
The North aka Vinland
Has anyone read The Disunited States of America by Henry Turtledove?
It’s a fascinating book where the US never became a united country and each state became its own nation with vastly different cultures some of which would constantly eat with one another.
*war not eat
@Byzas Latin’s still used in the western orthodox rite afaik
Indeed!
It’s a beautiful language. Liturgical languages are in general.
I agree
I almost converted via Western rite bit there was a Byzantine church a bit closer to home
Same, but I found a russian Orthodox Church that did the Liturgy in English and Slavonic that was much closer and I enjoy it.
My parish uses a little bit of Slavonic, mostly English though
serbs
I’m gonna visit the western Orthodox Church some day. I’m also considering joining one near the college I’ll be attending.
The one near me is actually still a mission, liturgy is in a room in the priest's house. Nineteen years and they haven't had the funds to build a church because they've always had a small congregation
There's an ortho place up the road from my parish, think it mainly does greek, but there are also some slavonic services.
That's interesting. Do you know what jurisdiction it is?
The Greek parish nearest me does the singing mixed in Greek and English but the creed, the Our Father, etc, are done in 3-4 different languages
@Based Chav It might be carpatho-russian or OCA
One of my parishes is Carpatho-ruthenian
Kyle you're right retarded ahahahah
Epic bait
Anyone want to learn to lead inductive Bible studies to be able to do this kind of thing?
Inductive bible study?
Trying to inspire virtue in a "Cool Wine Aunt"-esque receptionist is like beating your fists against a brick wall.
