I named myself after the cat food

2018-10-02 16:00:50 UTC

Compare, let's say, the writtings of the fathers of the Church to anything your ancestors produced

2018-10-02 16:01:02 UTC

ye that's why they didn't let anyone read what was in the bible unless they learned fucking latin

2018-10-02 16:01:03 UTC

lmao

2018-10-02 16:01:13 UTC

Where is, for example, the theological tradition of your pagans?

2018-10-02 16:01:24 UTC

The pagans that considered Plato or Romulus to be demigods

2018-10-02 16:01:34 UTC

Funny

2018-10-02 16:01:38 UTC

The pagans that use gods to give an excuse to their endless orgies

2018-10-02 16:01:46 UTC

endless orgies?

2018-10-02 16:01:47 UTC

Since the Gutenberg press came first in the 16th century the Bible couldn't become available for all.

2018-10-02 16:01:47 UTC

what?

2018-10-02 16:01:51 UTC

Damn

2018-10-02 16:02:04 UTC

You really don't understand tradition, do you

2018-10-02 16:02:05 UTC

Yes, endless degeneracy and promiscuity, as recorded by many authors

2018-10-02 16:02:20 UTC

Then Christians came

2018-10-02 16:02:30 UTC

ye use the greco-roman degenerates to say that paganism is bad

2018-10-02 16:02:31 UTC

And showed the people an actually consistend religion born of pursuit of the truth

2018-10-02 16:02:31 UTC

kek

2018-10-02 16:02:51 UTC

And surprise surprise, they considered it more credible than the Plato and romulus demigods etc etc

2018-10-02 16:03:00 UTC

evidence?

2018-10-02 16:03:05 UTC

Everybody in this conversation is wrong

2018-10-02 16:03:18 UTC

no u

2018-10-02 16:03:23 UTC

As I mentioned, please, show me the theological tradition of the pagans of your choice

2018-10-02 16:03:36 UTC

Try reading evola

2018-10-02 16:03:39 UTC

Their defense of X or Y being gods, or their essence, or theology in general

2018-10-02 16:04:00 UTC

evola, vedism, classical philosophy, etc

2018-10-02 16:04:06 UTC

And when you have it compare it to the Christian one.

2018-10-02 16:04:14 UTC

I do not talk about philosophy. I talk about theology

2018-10-02 16:04:24 UTC

What i'll see is just another devotional doctrine

2018-10-02 16:04:28 UTC

^

2018-10-02 16:04:30 UTC

Which is pure garbage

2018-10-02 16:04:31 UTC

theology deals with divine matters

2018-10-02 16:04:49 UTC

vedism, evola

2018-10-02 16:05:05 UTC

h, yes? I would like to see the theological discussion that leads to believing in their gods

2018-10-02 16:05:13 UTC

The events that motivated believing in them

2018-10-02 16:05:33 UTC

Lol

2018-10-02 16:05:38 UTC

Thats not how it works

2018-10-02 16:05:48 UTC

That is what we are talking about: theological tradition

2018-10-02 16:05:59 UTC

Oh mighty odeenn give me strenggtthhhh

2018-10-02 16:06:06 UTC

Not philosophy, but the argumentation used to persuade someone into converting to a religion

2018-10-02 16:06:07 UTC

My country, Sweden, was once pagan. And that's nice since we now have (or at least had) Christian tradition mixed with some pagan lore. And that's quite cool.

But I can never support paganism or become pagan because it wasn't good for Sweden. When we were pagans we fought among eachother like never before. We were raping, destroying and selling our women to other. There were no wider traditions, they were different from village to village thus it was chaotic.

When Sweden became Christian we became strong. We got traditions. We united. We built a real civilization. Only know when we became secular and full of pagan larpers we have grown weak. The churches are empty and the country is falling apart.
