Damn dude.
it was on teen suicide in the 1980s
got it for free
I just saw it.
Both the movie version and the actual footage.
Damn, kids are edgy af these days...
and those boomers aren't? both did it on live TV which tells me they wanted attention in some form, and they got it
I'm pretty sure All Evangelicals are boomers
Not only retards but also boomers
Der ewige Boomer
Please help me with good names for my son/daughter
Already have the standard Biblical names, but thinking along the terms of Virgil, Dante, etc.
have you considered Constantine?
or do it the monarch way, name them after yourself
Ambrose
Or for a girl, Ambrosia
And you could call her Rose
My name is an actual king
Tsar to be specific
Could they be the II?
Constantine is pretty cool. Ambrose is nice too
Victoria, I actually like
if your the first person in your family to have the name then yea they'd be II, cause in my family in the fifth person to have my name so I'm of course the 5th
Nice
I do really like Dante though
Also Owen, we both agree on that one
@Rush Sampson
Sam
and then potentially Delilah
Wtf thats implying incest
Should go with a really out there biblical name
Like Habakkuk
Guarantee they'll be bullied their entire childhood
could go for something like Elijah of Isiah, names that won't get laughed at, hopefully
Oh dang, just went and actually read Habakkuk, it's actually fire
"17 Though the fig tree should not blossom,
nor fruit be on the vines,
the produce of the olive fail
and the fields yield no food,
the flock be cut off from the fold
and there be no herd in the stalls,
18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord;
I will take joy in the God of my salvation.
19 God, the Lord, is my strength;
he makes my feet like the deer's;
he makes me tread on my high places."
Habakkuk 3:17-19
It's just now impacting me about the cathedral burning down and I'm kinda weeping.
Man it sucks. Literally why I loved Europe was because of Beautiful Cathedrals like that.
Part of why reading that book was so impactful right now tbh. Habbakuk is actually really comforting in that respect. He spends the whole of it pissed off at God, wondering why he is using the Chaldeans to punish Israel, and God replies saying judgement will come to them too, and to have faith. Good comfort in these trying days that though God passes judgement on His people, so too and harsher will He judge those who oppress them.
