Not at all lmao
I was gonna paint my own tbh
I don't care about collectibility, I just want something that has been loved and has history, I prefer that for everything I furnish my home with
It can be a cheap early 20th century reproduction from a street vendor, but it still has the significance of something that has served previous generations of believers
Seems like nothing more than sentimentality to me.
As said before, an icon is an icon.
Sentimentality is important in important objects
God deserves more than cheap printer paper
Both tradition and craft lend value to show proper respect
I mean, just about every holy card in the entire world is "cheap printer paper".
If I can afford multiple lesser priced icons which aren't antique as opposed to one single antique icon, I will certainly favour the former, unless it's a particularly special icon.
I value them as acts of worship more than objects personally
I value the work involved in their creation and preservation
So holy cards generally don't do much for me
Smh, I just want something that inspires reverence
Which is what literally any icon ought to do.
If a picture of our Lord or a saint doesn't inspire reverence, that's a you problem.
I think that's a tougher statement to make in the age of the home printer, it's hard to appreciate a literal copypaste like the real deal
alright you nigs
who can make this poster in the Legio Christi color scheme and with the latest data?

nigga just trust me
I could but i don't have the latest data.
If you've spent any time with gays it's obvious
Most young ones want to pretend they're not at risk for hiv or it's the older generation's problem
how would u shorten Legio Christi to 8 characters
LGOCRSTI
