Grin and bear it, but also make an effort to go to parish socials. Increase your presence, and do not be afraid to introduce people to more orthodox teachings.

I’m 30, and regrettably I’m a wahmen, so I don’t feel like I do have (or should) have any pull in the church.
And the parish is chock full of boomers and I don’t feel any connection to anyone around me
