I kind of understand there justification but when deeply analized I think their logic falls apart in my opnion

ok so the Hoppean would say that everyone that's been participating in the government system thus far has some stake in everything because there own tax dollars went to the creation and or up keep of various lands, roads, parks ect

so in absence the state these very same things people would have shares in like a corporation of sorts and just like you have a vested interest in what you own so to would you in all liklyhood want to protect these things through voluntary means

essently the Hoppean would expect people to voluntarily fund private border securty

you either A. have to accept that all border land is some how privatly owned by these companies and not a single bit of it would go to indivdual property owners. B. assume that even if idivdual property owners owned parts of the land they all would act in the same way and some how uphold certain border norms regardless of self interest. or C. admit that Hoppeanism isn't actually libertarnism at all and there's a certain amount of central planning and authority involved with in it.
