@StickyDonutHoles i only know the roles reversed. People asking me how my weekend was and me answering "good". after the third time, they said "you re supposed to ask me too about my weekend"
Isn't that normal?
dumb cunt co worker, mind your own business
Like I ask them and they never ask me back.
They're just friendly and wants to like not appear awkward.
Silence seems awkward to a lot of people
not my problem tbh
forced small talk isn't fun
i'm good at it though
it's also unneeded
"how's the weather"
it's only something you do with people you barely meet
real friends can take the silence without it being awkward
based
What do you do with people you meet everyday
Like I meet to work
I say goodmorning, they say morning back
And I just start my pc
...you don't need to say anything more?
Ah
if they don't approach you themselves it's fine to just stay quiet
So people don't find it weird that you don't say anything?
you say good morning, and if they try to force a conversation you say "I have work to do"
ez
I'm a fan of the "not talking unless you have something important" to say shit
i talk when it's needed or i want to say something
yeah
What if you want to make friends?
You do that in breaks or what
then i skip the small talk
i see someone talking about something im interested in, i approach them
y'know
and ask about it
yeah, that's how I go on doing it
I see.
I don't have many friends, but those that are my friends are good friends
people who have the same interests as me are usually spergs, so no interest in making friends
there's also this to consider
i've got 8-ish good friends and many more friends i don't see every day
