Not being able to open their eyes properly is a manufacturing issue or a bug

@porco thanks man, we have a day tour planned for taroko gorge and other stuff, not sure if we will have time for whales. how would one go about doing that?

2017-08-20 03:37:22 UTC

@kaetaa d-do you still like me?

2017-08-20 03:38:34 UTC

kaetaa did you go to the retro games expo in HK?

2017-08-20 04:27:27 UTC

@kaetaa call a taxi and tell him to stop at every whale tour company until you find one with a free place on the boat

2017-08-20 04:28:26 UTC

the boats usually start all around 10:30 and you're done by about 12:30

2017-08-20 04:29:40 UTC

the night market in Hualien is also worth a visit because it's completely different from other night markets of the country

2017-08-20 04:30:05 UTC

Especially if you like street food

2017-08-20 04:32:12 UTC

just make sure that it's not the only night market that you will visit in Taiwan because it's not a typical one

2017-08-20 04:48:48 UTC
2017-08-20 04:48:59 UTC

@plasticsword nah had no interest

2017-08-20 04:49:27 UTC

@porco cheers

2017-08-20 04:53:41 UTC

@porco what makes it different

2017-08-20 06:13:29 UTC

@kaetaa#1570 usually night markets are not a tourist attraction. they're street markets during night time. mostly unregulated, chaotic, crowded and loud. But a nice source for great food and "weird" things. Also on big night markets in Taipei you'll find half of AliExpress being sold on the street. Hualien's night market is a tourist attraction. It's very regulated, streets are wide, 99% is food and there are singers and other performers to entertain. While it's more comfy, the regulation and organization let it lose a lot of actual night market spirit in my opinion

2017-08-20 06:18:09 UTC

also in Hualien many things are written in English and you will see many westerners

2017-08-20 07:27:33 UTC

Also the Liyu lake if you want to have a romantic time with your gf and take a boat

2017-08-20 11:50:47 UTC

is this the new kit kat of flavours?

2017-08-20 12:23:55 UTC

what was the light green one, mint?

2017-08-20 12:35:27 UTC

It's "mildly sweet", because people here have a lower tolarance for sugar than the west

2017-08-20 12:39:23 UTC

the original flavor is too sweet for some people, so they have the "mildly sweet" version

2017-08-20 12:44:30 UTC

exactly @red

2017-08-20 12:44:39 UTC

everything here is not so sweet compared to the western version
