I'll be in Phuket for just 5 days

2017-09-09 14:11:14 UTC

Excited, even though it's short

2017-09-09 14:14:54 UTC

@kaetaa You going to one of those full moon parties there?

2017-09-09 19:24:39 UTC

2017-09-09 19:36:18 UTC

2017-09-09 21:04:16 UTC

2017-09-09 21:04:46 UTC

a headlet if you will

2017-09-10 01:53:08 UTC

@Tribit im not familiar with what that is

2017-09-10 01:53:41 UTC

@Tribit tbh it'll be the first vacation where I don't meticulously research everything before. Just gonna go and figure it out

2017-09-10 04:27:57 UTC

But I'm afraid that phuket will just be a bunch of skinny euro party fags

2017-09-10 04:28:26 UTC

Looking up Thailand on YouTube everyone there is just beautiful young white folks wanting to drink and party with other beautiful young white folk

2017-09-10 04:28:44 UTC

So I chose a quiet beach house outside of the city

2017-09-10 07:45:34 UTC

apparently loads of swedes and norgays overwhelm thailand

2017-09-10 07:56:18 UTC

@swigs Russians do

2017-09-10 08:02:50 UTC

oh yeah russians as well

2017-09-10 09:07:10 UTC

They luckily stick to Pattaya

2017-09-10 10:58:04 UTC

Any of u fuccbois been to Phuket?

2017-09-10 15:45:14 UTC

@kaetaa @kaetaa Nope haven't, wouldn't recommend Pattaya unless it's one of the islands near it. Do recommend Hua Hin though.

2017-09-10 16:29:31 UTC

@Tribit top 3 food u had there?

2017-09-10 19:22:46 UTC

@kaetaa too much to name to make a top 3

2017-09-10 19:22:53 UTC

so many great snacks too

2017-09-10 19:26:02 UTC

Get some Thai Sausage (it varies per region which is really neat, every part of the country has their own variation some snackcarts sell them all), Thai Grilled Pork on Skewers called Moo Ping

2017-09-10 19:27:31 UTC

Try some Thai traditional Roti ChaoFa that's a popular Roti from Phuket

2017-09-10 19:29:04 UTC

it has a lot of Thai curries to choose from to go with it

2017-09-10 19:29:29 UTC

Since you're in Phuket try the Southern Thai Traditional Fried Chicken too

2017-09-10 19:34:33 UTC

@kaetaa Krapao Moo Krob is also a great dish

2017-09-10 19:34:48 UTC

also make sure to choose restuarants, food carts that are clean and busy

2017-09-10 19:35:12 UTC

but you probably know that already

2017-09-10 19:46:39 UTC

TomYum, Khao mun kai, Khao kaa moo, Khao moo dang and most if not all cafeterias/restaurants you come across in malls are the most safe&clean. Go there first to prepare your stomach for Thai food, but if you can handle it go to street food right away.

2017-09-10 20:14:51 UTC

@kaetaa Obvious food to try for the first time is Pad Thai

2017-09-10 20:59:12 UTC

Always like the jap style, others are too thin

2017-09-11 01:32:42 UTC

@JHWH This is a fact.
