i think i was watching it before it became pbs kids actually or at least got that logo. it wasw somethihng else i think but i rmemebr when it changed

How do you guys handle long flights? Like 12-16 hours long ? I get really anxious around the 8 or 9th hour and start feeling like I'll never be off the plane
I start forgetting what the outside world is like and can never sleep on planes. God I wish I could sleep on a plane hat sounds awesome
upload lots of movies, tv shows, etc
grab a book to read
you might even get regional selections depending on your destination or carrier
get up, stretch your legs, stand around at the emergency exits once in a while
or if you're the type to stay put, get a window seat
Try staying up for about 48 hours or so before your flight, so you are so exhausted you'll sleep regardless of your anxiety

I usually get to my destination at like 6pm in bed, fall asleep accidently, then wake up at 2am
Repeat for 4 days
One time I fell asleep at 6pm and woke up at 7am. That was nice.
I don't have the strength to stay awake longer than like 30 hours and I start entering into sleep deprived manic mode, how I was during my last trip /flight
I've tried taking sleeping pills
But on a plane I still can't sleep, so my body falls asleep but my brain is awake
Makes me almost paralyzed
It's horrible
ditto, im in like a survival heightened awareness defense mode on planes, but pass out hard for like 12 hours in the hotel
