if you're in chinkland you could just pop into the market and get them ez
or if you're anywhere
We're in Switzerland and it was 30% off this week
So she decided to get 10kg
TBf id do the same when eating a lot of rice and seeing 30%
It was the cheapest rice of my life though and she said that the shop was full of chink housewives hoarding buying rice as if WW3 was about to start
10 kg = 7 CHF / 6 €
Lmao I was wondering what's wrong with the image
Seemed perfectly normal to me to have a couple sacks of rice
Why would you stack it? @van ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ
rice doesn't go bad, and if you consume it daily it makes sense to stock up during a sale
Some rice tastes better after being stored
rice is god
Cook rice almost daily. 3 sacks would last about 2 months.
I've never had dry rice expire
That's pretty fast
5kg last roughly 1 month for the two of us
>tfw 40 pound bags on sale at my local gookmart for 30 bucks
Debating whether to go down there for that
What kind of bucks?
USD
Medium grain is usually pricier here, long grain is about 10 dollars for 20 pounds
Yes medium grain is always more expensive except for Italy
Long grain is such a low tier rice but more recipies use it so I guess I can understand it.
Depends on the kind of long grain rice. American long grain rice is low tier but nothing against jasmine rice
Never liked jasmine rice, even the pricy kind in hipster 1 lb bags
We always get cheap AAA jasmine rice for 0.80 $ / kg
who here /couscousfag/?
For some Taiwanese or Japanese recipies that require more sticky round rice, we just get Camolino rice from Italy for roughly 1.10 $ / kg
Officially been back in USA for 10 days. My fiancee loves it, and the mom does too - but now shes trying to go back to china a week early
We had a casual dinner with some family members last night and she was going crazy trying to gain chinese face
i think she has a mental disability. It was just a normal dinner and she was acting like they were going to donate a kidney to her so she had to be on best behavior or somethintg
then as soon as we returned she pretty much insulted my family members for no reason
its weird how someone so poor and so uneducated can think they are above others
She's constantly trying to defend China, like she works for them or something
if my fiancee says "wow, this house is so nice!"
her mom will say "China has nice houses too"
Every compliment to USA is an insult to China apparently
She saw that my city was building some new high ways, and she says "Its because USA is trying to compete with China huh?"
and I had to explain to her that nobody gives a shit about competiting with other countries. It's only China that is always trying to prove itself to other countries to gain face
and she couldnt understand it
