So, imagine Africa as it was before white people came. The tribes were stuck in a state of primitive housing and hunting. They didn't want to progress and didn't care. They also didn't understand health and science very well. White man comes and eventually white man is in charge. After a while, white man loses power and every reaches a somewhat equal society.
But the blacks want white man gone because the whites opressed them. The whites are kicked out. Blacks are left with resources, machinery, and a government that they don't understand. They don't have education in how to use white man stuff. White man must come back and help. But black man still hates ehite man for the crimes of his ancestors
