SA2 has really good Sonic and Shadow levels but the other two varieties of stages blow massive loads of ass compared to the first game.

SA1 has like 7 different game modes and characters but SA2 only has six and they are divided between team Hero and team Dark and a lot of characters on one team are mirrored by another. So the Sonic Shadow stages use the same mechanics, and the Knuckles/Rouge stages are the same variety as well for example. Which fuckin sucks but I still beat it and it had some cool levels near the end

I'd like to see them try to make another Sonic Adventure style game using the Hedgehog engine.

The problem they had with 3D in the past is that making huge levels for Sonic/Shadow to zoom through in 3 minutes is a lot of fucking work for not a lot of gameplay, but Hedgehog engine fixed that.

But I think they're just going to keep making Boost games until the end of time.
