I just got yelled at by someone on the phone today, some faggy update removed his office 2016 and didn't install o365 so I asked if he had restarted because there might be an update pending to install it and there was a windows update pending but he said "there isn't." and I jokingly said "well you're a software engineer so youre the expert, I'll defer to you" and he just deadpan said "yeah I am." and he treated me like im a fucking retard and acted like I have personally wronged him because he doesn't have office 365 installed and I can't personally update his computer remotely because I'm a help desk peon
