I think GT3 in some ways looks better than GT4
But GT4 was the last super ambitious release of Polyphony
They planned and scrapped a whole online mode
4 has more vibrant colors but the textures are kinda washed out
Gran Turismo 4 running upscaled to 4k on PCSX2 is on the same on level as Asseto Corsa
The game's visuals was truly ahead of its time
I wish there was a mod to fix the severe aliasing in RR5. Probably the nicest looking game in the series.
how much tinkering do you have to do in PCSX2 to make that game work?
I feel like every other game I've tried to emulate has horrible graphical issues. the ace combat games are borderline unplayable because the textures freak out nonstop
Comparing GT4 to Pokémon isn’t really fair Pokémon doesn’t try to have realistic looking graphics
But they at least were reasonably polished from Gen III up to now
