@TheLostHelio Just watched the video, i don't think he really said that. Yes he kind of did, but only as some kind of last resort (which could be good and bad). And was saying that we need more even voting from things like our electoral system so bigger cities can't just dismiss having to listen to everyone else like the farmers.
I get it, but his appeal to the greater good was strange, 13 million people are more important the farmers (his words were something like the economy) but if we were to starve the farms of California of water far more people would likely die from the lack of food supplied to the US because a vast amount of American food is produced only in California.
Ya, that's why i said that idea is both good and bad. If things come down to tough choices, i'm not sure their are ever really "good" ones.
