That's the problem with their whole idiot ideology, all they care about is how putting their policies into action makes them feel when they enact them. Sounds nice to take care of minorities, but when their idiot system destroys the black family the only solutions they are capable of forwarding are legitimately "Well what if we just gave them more moneys, wouldn't that be *nice*? It sure makes *me* feel good to do, can't be wrong can it?"
Planting trees isn't hurting anything, will make areas look greener and so what if it doesn't solve the problem. It will increase the esthetics of the area and it makes them feel like they are helping. Could they focus energy on a more important endeavor like cleaning up CA, ya and TBH they probably should.
