i think we all should have a voltaire shirt
and to make one lmfao
@Deleted User Gun ownership rate in Switzerland is 27.6 guns per 100 people, gun ownership rate in Utah is 31.9 guns per 100 people. So yeah, fairly comparable lol. And the place where I live has plenty of Swiss heritage.
Utah ranks 27th for gun ownership amongst the states, which is actually lower than I was anticipating.
What is your source for that @Psychlops924? This page labels it as fifteenth. http://demographicdata.org/facts-and-figures/gun-ownership-statistics/
I just googled it and found this article https://www.cbsnews.com/pictures/gun-ownership-rates-by-state/
Well, I'm good with that one, because it lists Texas as 18 instead of 30
It looks like the CBS stat was based on Injury Prevention’s “Gun ownership and social gun culture”survey, whereas your source is based on General Social Survey’s “Trends in Gun Ownership in the United States”. It’s interesting that both are surveys and both show fairly different numbers for a lot of states.

I also got the Switzerland number from Wikipedia
@Agent Smith that map is the background on my work computer
The wide variance makes me glad, actually. I don't really want there to be a terribly accurate count of how many guns there are out there.
@Psychlops924 oh, I know. I lived in Utah for four years while I went to BYU
@Agent Smith I don't get it
the only difference between the faces of Clark Kent and Superman is the glasses and Lois Lane gets to see both up close but she still doesn't recognize him
Oooh
@Deleted User won't happen.
By 2020 a new game will take over.
Apparently that's the bomb received by CNN
In comparison to the ISIS flag
Its definitely a false flag. Why would any of them idiots be worth killing?
The right doesn't benefit by making martyrs of leftists, but we actually have a lot to lose.
That's if you're looking at the right as a monolith of principle. If you're looking at it as a fed-up right winger who is tired of being ostracized and belittled by the Left, then it makes more sense.
I don't expect even *most* people in general to be strictly principled. But to intend to kill others takes things beyond just a mere emotional response
There's something else going on here.
Other than Aunty Maxine, nobody on the list has any direct connection to policy. In short, killing any of them is only fodder for a voter outrage, and most people on the right are aware of that.
Well, it all depends on how the media frames it now.
Exactly
If it had been Pelosi, Schumer, feinstein, Warren, Bernie, and Harris, I'd be saying something completely different
The Obamas are social figures at this point
once again, that would just be fodder to pander to the democrat base
Most of them are social figures at this point but the point is that if it was a right-winger, they are attempting to destroy "idols" or symbols of the Democrats.
@J Edgar that wasn't a rebuttal, I am agreeing
