The only thing we don't always have homemade is the pasta noodles.

Everything else is from scratch.

When my grandpa was alive even the tomatoes used in the sauce we make were home grown

Pasta is difficult to make and it takes forever

And not a whole lot of difference

Infact dry pasta is better than fresh pasta in many ways

I've had people dispute but in reality the only time I've ever preferred home made noodles of ash found was homemade ramen noodles but as far as pasta goes meh

It really depends on the pasta. Spaghetti = meh. Home made gnocchi > sex
