According to these, youtube can delete your account when
- they have reasons to belive that your conduct might harm other users, third parties, youtube or affiliated companies
- offering their services is no longer economically viable for youtube (hope your channel is monetized)
Also they reserve the right to not grant you the opportunity to change your behaviour if they have reason to belive that this could result in harm other user, third parties, youtube or affiliated companies
