I should have given up a long time ago, but I really really want to see him admit he doesn't have evidence.

He thinks he does. That is the problem.

The first two screenshots clearly exemplifies his whole position.

Also, I like how you ask for specific examples of evidence. You are willing to change your world view so long as he backs his own.

However, he constantly shifts the argument and never follows through.

He is speaking from a position of some false "self-evident truth", and ironically falls into the same trapped mentality of other social media sites that claim that if you don't agree with what we see (without backing it) then you are racist, xenophobic, sexist, etc.
