Pretty much. They are pushing to the left with no resistance from anyone but conservatives and a few moderates (which they ignore). They see all of their left wing pursuits as morally correct, and are following the "right side of history" mentality.

Do you thing America and Europe are in thier current political and cultural situation because of the collapse of Christian moral ethics and ideals?

My view of it was that religion, whether you agree with it or not, offers meaning to a persons life, a moral truth, an objective truth, and set something more powerful then the state, all of which are important things.
With Christianity being attacked and largly forced from the public square, these ideas that it enforced are collapsing, and we are witnessing people try to find better alternatives.
