I think anytime a government dollar is spent on anything 'climate' related, it may as well be instantly considered 'waste' since I expect there is no oversight or scrutiny to what's produced by it

@RuRu yeah, that’s what those states have passed. Having this information consolidated like this is good to show why the federal government doesn’t need to do anything about climate change. They have other information that makes it easier to tell environmentalists to shut up because the issue will resolve itself business as usual.
