Well, sans image, I'm relieved at the response to Chief Warrin so far. Making fun of someone's race delusion made it harder for us to not be called racists in the process.

Yeah, we gave him the biggest gloves with that in mind.

@DJ_Anuz Initially, Android and iOS. We also have it running on Xbox at the moment... badly.

I will certainly take you up on that. This week is testing and app store submission (a requirement for running a beta). It should work on screens of arbitrary size if we did our job right. The longest phones I have access to test on are 20:1.

@DJ_Anuz Good point. I was telling Jon that only half the scheduled characters are in the game at this point. There's only so much we can tutorialize each fight, so more characters will smooth out the difficulty spikes.

For instance, you're stuck on Bernie? That's because there's no directional punching soft requirement earlier in the game.

Fair tax vs flat tax?

Yeah, been skimming that while reading your take. It's something I'll have to think more on. It doesn't immediately jigsaw together in terms translating something similar to a use tax to how the rich currently pay almost all of the taxes on top of sales tax.

My plan is to redo these "rest scenes" between rounds. I think the jokes are good, but it's no longer at the quality bar of the game scene.

Game update: We almost had to re-do all animation on Ted Bruz because an artist upgraded her animation tool to a version incompatible with the runtime. We upgraded the runtime to match, and found the new version didn't render any animations due to a bug. Six hours and one massive stupid hack later, everything is working again and HI I NEED A BEER how are you guys.

I've said forever I would pay $10 a month to access youtube. I mean, I already do, but they're still playing their censorship games. If the money came from users directly by subscriptions, you'd still have the fringes threatening boycott and the censorship would continue as it already does. The issue is not who's got the money, it's the people with the money having an absurd notion that the speech next to which they advertise has any relation to their product.
