2019-02-07 11:29:03 UTC

2019-02-07 11:29:10 UTC

Then was silent for about five minutes when we realized this is real

2019-02-07 11:29:13 UTC

Nope

2019-02-07 11:29:16 UTC

no no no

2019-02-07 11:29:18 UTC

this is a spoof lol

2019-02-07 11:29:23 UTC

this is an onion article surely rofl

2019-02-07 11:29:52 UTC

Wish it was

2019-02-07 11:29:55 UTC

But it’s not...

2019-02-07 11:30:09 UTC

this is the best article of 2019 haha

2019-02-07 11:30:28 UTC

It’s sad in that tragic sorta way

2019-02-07 11:30:40 UTC

That you can’t help but just smile

2019-02-07 11:30:43 UTC

And be like

2019-02-07 11:30:49 UTC

Well... this is okay too

2019-02-07 11:30:54 UTC

It’s not okay but

2019-02-07 11:30:58 UTC

It’s okay.

2019-02-07 12:47:34 UTC

One positive thing is that idiots who think like this won’t breed. Lol

2019-02-07 12:47:47 UTC

It’s like a self correcting problem

2019-02-07 14:14:50 UTC
2019-02-07 15:04:15 UTC

And more stupid is here.....A non-binding resolution which does nothing other than say....we will work on it...http://www.wunc.org/post/rep-alexandria-ocasio-cortez-releases-green-new-deal-outline

2019-02-07 15:04:42 UTC

Some of the weirder parts.....Everyone having access to nature....not sure what that means

2019-02-07 15:05:34 UTC

access to healthy food...what BS...if salad was selling well in the ghetto than it would be sold more in the ghetto or there food deserts

2019-02-07 15:06:34 UTC

and...To develop high speed rail to a point which makes air travel unnecessary....

2019-02-07 15:13:33 UTC

Seriously? Nobody uses trains outside of New England. I doubt that would ever work because it’s incredibly difficult to build projects like that.

2019-02-07 15:21:32 UTC

I think that article even has a expert in the train industry who called that idea....A pipedream unlikely to even be feasable...

2019-02-07 15:23:19 UTC

Yeah. It is a pipe dream. I’d use it if it ever got built, but I can’t speak for everyone else.

2019-02-07 15:25:36 UTC

well to compete with air travel going across the country the train would need not to stop to be anywhere in the same time frame for going across the country. Also there would be some issues with a train going a 200mph or more across the ground so it would need to be elavated...

2019-02-07 15:36:13 UTC

I would make sense to go between certain cities. Like between Boston and New York or Birmingham and Atlanta. It wouldn’t make sense to go across the whole country though

2019-02-07 15:37:57 UTC

They’ve spent like a billion dollars on a high speed rail system in California and have literally nothing to show for it. The planning and bureaucracy have cost literally a billion dollars

2019-02-07 15:41:38 UTC

That’s true.

2019-02-07 15:42:20 UTC

It would be nice to be able to ride a train from Birmingham to Atlanta to get to the airport though.

2019-02-07 15:42:56 UTC

Don’t have to pay as much (maybe) to use a plane and you don’t have to think about parking

2019-02-07 15:50:01 UTC

oh also there is still the make every building in the USA energy efficient which is over 130 million buildings

2019-02-07 16:04:46 UTC

@I Know a Fat Guy yeah. That would be incredibly difficult. There are people who honestly believe that it can be completely done.

2019-02-07 21:46:32 UTC
2019-02-07 21:49:16 UTC

It’s frankly shocking how stupid she is

2019-02-07 21:52:01 UTC

California is already regulating cow farts. No idea how much they're actually enforcing it, or what the effect has been
