Is that report stating that racism is the cause of their homelessness? Or they are racist because of being homeless.
There are so many black homeless because of racism.

As someone who lived in the LA area, its probably a report to get the city to funnel money to one of their crony groups.

There really is a phenomena where I see equity and read equality, it must be because the idea of equity in social context they are using it is so utterly asinine
I don't like thinking of any word as bad.... But they do make it very difficult.
equity is fine when talking about the amount of investment you have in your home after paying mortage on it
@Shadows Remember, it's the ideas and context behind the words that make them bad. Hence, why equity is conceivable as evil
eh, context matters.
Equity has many useful qualities to it, but like with any word, when misused it becomes useless.
I mean in some sense yeah, Genocide is just a word, nothing inherently evil about the word itself...
