Gluttony: rampant obesity and fat acceptance, also the proliferation of sensual entertainment generally.
Wrath: the active destruction of non-conforming views and institutions. Antifa.
Sloth: the extension of childhood well into the twenties. Passive consumption of entertainment. Mass underemployment and the welfare state.

This is making me think that one of the differences between the Left and the Right is that the Right sees these as sins to be resisted and overcome and the Left sees them as needs to be indulged and provided for.

I wouldn't create a list like that, but it was mostly fine. The one that i don't see really fitting is what you had for greed. As i don't know if people who "believe they know whats best" are really greedy.

The desire for power is part of greed IMO.
