they would say that about people on the right, but people on the right dont want to radically change the culture in LA or New York if they dont live there. Progressives want to change the culture of every consevative State in the US and will only stop when every city and town agrees with their opinions on religion, free markets, sexual morality, immigration etc.

Im saying most of the right would not lose sleep over these states doing what they want as long as they leave everyone else alone. They would want them to become conservative but I dont think you would see fake crimes to support a narrative and things like that

I dont think the religious right will back off of antiabortion just because it crosses state lines

They may be against roe vs wade, but i dont believe thats the end game

They will still see it as murder

I recommend watching the Prohibition PBS documentary, Putz, you'll find prohibition a product of progressiveness, a belief that infested both parties at the time

I know prohibition was wet vs dry, not left vs right, my point was it was still a view that existed on the right that was pushed as a moral necessity for the country. States rights didnt matter

The one thing i can say for prohibition is that it was done by ammendement which was fhe correct method unlike the war on drugs

Progressivism is openly totalitarian. Conservativism by its very nature, is not. Live and let live has been the compromising motto for the Right. The Left overall, and certainly now more than ever, does not buy into that notion.
