I'm not saying I don't thing they should have guns
unless you're adjudicated homeless in which case you are exempt...
but if people are forced to do something alot of them are just going to take the easy way out
@Mandatory Carry no u
@Legalize STFU.
you liar
no u
Is MC lying again?
well his fingers are typing, so...
Hey, ¿you two wanna learn or keep shouting?
I assume the guns will have some sort of tracking so people don't simply refuse to comply with the law and sell their guns for something else they want?
there's no provision for that, just a fingerprint and background check and criminal penalties and fines for violating the Act
@A. Spader
...
No. No tracking system. Every attempt at a smart gun concept has failed.
or even for *using language contrary to the Act*
which means as far as I can tell that he not only wants to enforce everyone's behavior, but also their speech
Hafta block Uncephalized for s bit *so @A. Spader can be heard.*
hahahahahaha
and this is what he does
no one is silencing anybody but you, asshole
If you'd read it you'd know so stop spamming, @Legalize.
who defines what a violent political organization @Mandatory Carry ? They're banned on your list, but I see no definition of what constitutes such a group, or what constitutes membership in said group?
Ok...
Let me look into that, @A. Spader.
I assume this is written with Antifa in mind but it seems like a hanging chad just a bit
Ok, fine. I will work on it.
considering that we had congresspeople comparing the tea party to ISIS
it seems like that would violate the due process we're so up in arms about red flag laws violating
since membership in something like say.....antifa is pretty losely defined nationally
Can confirm, people are retarded, buy HiPoint and mexican carry and shoot their dick off.
Ya... Red flag concept isn't in there for a reason...
@A. Spader, ¿any other observations? Ceph, I will unblock you in a minute.
"Ya... Red flag concept isn't in there for a reason..."
Except for the part where anyone who belongs to a group on the no-no list is automatically banned @Mandatory Carry
even if they haven't committed an actual crime
You keep provisions of the Gun Free School Zones Act (of 1990) in the bill that sort of defeat the point
90% of mass shootings occur in gun free zones
...
I could work on that. You have an idea how maybe?
it seems like if we're arming everyone barring them from schools and courthouses endorses the same logic as gun grabbers
one minute
Nuke the Government.
also when we're talking about liability insurance explain to me the legal ramifications of requiring insurance for cars but banning it for guns?
that is to say, what happens when lawsuits for wrongful death start to roll in?
On the gun free zones thing, as long as everything's categorized you could require a measure of training to carry in 'soft targets' that would be completely optional and subject to more oversight
