Which is defined as "A person under a total restriction may not possess any item identifiable for use as a weapon." I'm all for people owning and carrying guns, but making it mandatory with some pretty heavy penalties or impossibly high ways of avoiding it is crazy. It's $3600.00 A YEAR to voluntarily avoid this shit.
